Trên cơ sở Bộ luật Lao động năm 2019 và Luật Người khuyết tật năm 2010, pháp luật Việt Nam đã bước đầu hình thành khung pháp lý bảo vệ quyền làm việc của người khuyết tật. Tuy nhiên, vẫn còn thiếu các quy định cụ thể về điều chỉnh hợp lý, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, đào tạo nghề và chế tài xử lý hành vi phân biệt đối xử. Qua nghiên cứu kinh nghiệm từ một số quốc gia, bài viết đề cập những giá trị tham khảo cho Việt Nam nhằm hoàn thiện pháp luật theo hướng nội luật hóa các cam kết quốc tế và xây dựng khung pháp lý đồng bộ nhằm bảo đảm thực chất quyền lao động của người khuyết tật.
