Bài viết làm rõ cơ sở lý luận về chuyển đổi xanh và đánh giá tác động của tiến trình này đến năng lực cạnh tranh trong lĩnh vực dệt may. Trên cơ sở tổng hợp hệ thống các nghiên cứu liên quan giai đoạn 2010 - 2024, bài viết phân tích sâu mối quan hệ tương hỗ giữa chuyển đổi xanh, đổi mới sáng tạo và khả năng duy trì lợi thế thị trường. Kết quả thảo luận dẫn đến việc đề xuất một mô hình nghiên cứu thực nghiệm, đóng vai trò công cụ khoa học giúp doanh nghiệp dệt may Việt Nam hoạch định các chiến lược thích ứng tối ưu.
