Bất động sản hình thành trong tương lai là một loại tài sản mới xuất hiện trong những năm gần đây, giúp các nhà đầu tư có thể tiếp cận và sở hữu ở mức giá hợp lý với hy vọng mang lại giá trị cao về mặt kinh tế. Đây cũng chính là tài sản giúp các cá nhân, tổ chức sử dụng để bảo đảm nghĩa vụ trả nợ khi vay vốn tại các tổ chức tín dụng. Bài viết tập trung bàn luận về khái niệm tài sản bảo đảm là bất động sản hình thành trong tương lai.
