Bài viết phân tích khung pháp luật của Hoa Kỳ về trách nhiệm dân sự đối với thiệt hại do AI gây ra thông qua các học thuyết trách nhiệm sản phẩm, trách nhiệm nghiêm ngặt và trách nhiệm do sơ suất; đồng thời, làm rõ những xu hướng lập pháp mới. Trên cơ sở đối chiếu với Bộ luật Dân sự năm 2015, Luật Trí tuệ nhân tạo năm 2025 và Luật Công nghiệp công nghệ số năm 2025, bài viết đề xuất một số gợi mở nhằm hoàn thiện cơ chế bồi thường thiệt hại do AI gây ra ở Việt Nam.
