Pháp luật về bảo đảm quyền riêng tư của trẻ em ở một số quốc gia và gợi mở kinh nghiệm cho Việt Nam

Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em là một trong những vấn đề trọng tâm hiện nay, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số và sự gia tăng thu thập, xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân trên môi trường mạng. Bài viết tập trung phân tích pháp luật về bảo đảm quyền riêng tư của trẻ em tại các quốc gia có hệ thống pháp lý đa dạng, bao gồm: Hoa Kỳ, Vương quốc Anh, Trung Quốc, Singapore và Thụy Điển. Trên cơ sở đó, bài viết đề xuất một số gợi mở cho Việt Nam, như: hoàn thiện khung pháp lý chuyên biệt về bảo vệ dữ liệu trẻ em, tăng cường hiệu quả thực thi pháp luật, nâng cao nhận thức xã hội và thúc đẩy trách nhiệm của các chủ thể tham gia môi trường số.
